Main job function
- Self-starter abilities are essential and the aptitude to work independently and in a team environment. Acts as a liaison between client and specialist internal resources.
- Excellent client liaison and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot retail and distribution software matters within our software system in a professional manner
- Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained and adhered to
- Reviewing outstanding matters, complete appropriate hand-off in conjunction with SLAs
- Ability to complete projects timeously.
- Travel nationally and internationally (when required).
Qualifications
- Grade 12
Criteria
- Experience with accounting/bookkeeping focus at least 5 years.
- Experience as Client Support Consultant in (Preferably FMCG Sales & Distribution.)
- Retail, Sales & Distribution industry software experience
- General Ledger/Financial Statements and Reports
- Knowledge of best practices for month-end and/or year-end closing reconciliations
- Retail and distribution business process flow and knowledge.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
Salary
R45’000
