Sales Manager – LWSM

Main job function

Do you live and breathe used car sales?  This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, knowledgeable, people-centric Manager to join the market-leading used car retailer in Africa, and to play a key role in managing a high-performing team as the company rapidly scales.  With a Sales and Purchasing Manager already in place, your focus is 100% on the team, leading the sales executives with precision, passion and integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in used vehicle sales, with at least 2 years in a management or team leader role.
  – Proven ability to lead a sales floor, hit targets, and manage performance
• across multiple touchpoints.
  – Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  – Solid understanding of the motor industry processes.
  – A natural closer with strong ethics and a passion for the automotive industry.

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent

Qualification in Sales and Marketing or business-related equivalent
