The Retail Site Supervisor’s focus is to ensure operational efficiency, meeting departmental targets, and upholding brand standards through hands-on management, direct execution, and effective implementation of operational tasks.

Qualifications
- Grade 12
Criteria
- Code 8 Drivers License
- Own Vehicle and willing to travel
- Previous employment within a grocery retailer
- Previous employment in the fuel industry will be
- Must be able to interpret site performance and identify areas for improvement
- Labour relations knowledge and skills
- Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative
- High emotional intelligence
