Proven track record managing high-value stock portfolios (R220M–R360M), overseeing up to 120,000 SKUs, and executing stock takes exceeding R320M.
Extensive experience running large, multi-site warehouse operations (60,000–120,000 sqm) with capacities of up to 34,000 pallet locations, while leading and developing teams of 20–140 staff.
