Employee Management:

Customer Service Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback.
- Ensure that all service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations in terms of quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Handle escalations and resolve service-related complaints promptly and effectively to maintain positive customer relations.
- Drive a customer-centric culture within the maintenance team, emphasizing the importance of service quality and responsiveness.

Business Management:
- Protecting the revenue of the cost centre thereby ensuring profitability
- Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, reducing downtime, and improving asset longevity.
- Ensuring quality of maintenance of installations
- Plan and manage physical and financial aspects of regional stock material
- Interact and afford opportunities of Modernizations and New Business
- Improve Fulfilments Repair Sales
- Strategize to improve Repair Sales Budget
- Drive continues improvement initiatives within the service and maintenance function.
- Analyse root causes of service failure and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- From time-to-time the Service Maintenance Manager may be required to carry out tasks other than those specified in this job description. Providing these tasks fall within the scope and jurisdiction of this position, these tasks shall also be carried out diligently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ technical experience in a managerial role (Lift Industry, Manufacturing, Facility Management)
- Minimum of 3 years in Project Management
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering Field Engineering Qualification
- Technical background, preferable with the Lift Trade
