Main job function
Senior People Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing operational HR partnership to designated business units while acting as a specialist in Employee Relations and South African Legislation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a 3-year tertiary qualification in HR (Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, a related discipline).
- Approximately 5 years HR experience as a Generalist
- Strong practical Employee Relations experience.
- Demonstrable experience handling complex ER cases.
- Experience with CCMA matters.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.
- Computer literacy (Knowledge of SAP HR would be an added advantage)
- Experience partnering with senior management and line managers

Salary
R900 000 per annum
