Our client, in the Engineering/Construction industry are currently seeking the skills of a Personal Assistant to the Project Manager to be based in Durban
Main job function
• Coordinate, schedule, and administer meetings, including:
o Meeting set-up and logistics
o Minute taking and transcription
o Distribution of meeting records and action items
• Communicate professionally and confidently with Contractors, Consultants, and Client representatives.
• Contribute towards a positive and happy team spirit.
• Effective diary management, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Manage and maintain the Project Manager’s professional registration records
• Prepare, update, and submit accurate timesheets and payroll claims in accordance with project and company reporting requirements.

• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
• Previous experience within the construction/Engineering industry will be advantageous.
