- Assisting with terminations
- Processing leave inputs
- Capturing additional earnings
- Capturing voluntary deductions
- Assisting with time and attendance processing
- Assisting with overtime validations
- Payroll filing
Employee Support
- Handling first-line payroll queries
- Assisting with payslip requests
- Assisting with COIDA and IODs
- Supporting payroll communication
System Administration
- Assisting with payroll inputs
- Data validations
- Payroll report extraction for third part administrations.
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Payroll qualification advantageous
Criteria
- 1–2 years payroll or Payroll Administration experience
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Excel proficiency
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent numerical skills
Salary
R15’000 – R18’000 CTC
