Main job function
- 5 to 7 years internal sales experience within the food safety industry.
- Receiving / handling customer orders and needs
- Capturing of sales order, ensure customer purchase orders prices are correct.
- Invoicing customers.
- Liaise with production department regarding manufacturing of orders and constraints.
- Verify lead times, item codes and stock availabilities.
- Follow up on costumer orders.
- Communicating with customers to answer sales inquiries, provide product information, quotes and assist with order placements.
- Assisting with stock takes if needed.
- Double check manual and system picking slips.
- Co ordinating the warehouse department to ensure timely delivery of orders if needed.
- Filling of all invoices and credit notes.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems if needed.
- Maintain the FSSC / OHS / Housekeeping within the organisation.

Experience
- 5 to 7 years internal sales experience, knowledge to the Food Safety industry
- Experience within the food safety industry would be advantageous. Excellent communications skills and proficiency in using Pastel advanced level
