Head of Corporate Sales  & Workflow Optimisation LWHOCSAWO (Remote Role)

 Main job function 

This global tour operator welcomes guests onto its specialist, guided walking tours in over 130 cities worldwide.  As part of their ambitious growth plans they are now looking for an experienced sales and systems optimization guru to play a key role in scaling the corporate sales division. This role goes beyond traditional sales – you will build the systems, workflows and strategy that convert the existing pipeline and drive new corporate business globally.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Build the Corporate Sales Division
    • Design and implement the structure, processes, and playbooks for corporate sales
    • Establish scalable systems across 130+ cities
  • Optimize Sales Workflows
    • Analyze current pipeline and dramatically improve conversion rates
    • Build clear workflows for lead qualification, follow-up, and closing
    • Implement CRM best practices and automation
  • Drive Revenue Growth
    • Develop strategies to expand corporate bookings (team building, client events, incentives)
    • Identify high-value partnerships and enterprise opportunities
  • Outbound & Pipeline Expansion
    • Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns
    • Develop repeatable outbound strategies for different markets
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Work with city managers and operations teams to ensure delivery excellence
    • Align marketing, partnerships, and sales into one cohesive funnel
  • Data & Performance
    • Define KPIs and build reporting systems
    • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B or corporate sales (preferably in travel, hospitality, or experiences)
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a sales division
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, sales automation, and workflow design
  • Deep understanding of large corporate structures and buying processes
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Experience working in or scaling multi-city / global organizations is highly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to build from scratch, not just operate
