Reporting to the CFO, this new role in the team offers an opportunity for an outstanding CA to lead strategic financial planning in a high-revenue, high-growth company and to work with an elite executive team driving national and international growth. With plans for a JSE listing in 2026 this is an exciting time to join this fast-growing investment group.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (SAICA registered)
- Top 10 in taxes in final CA year – advantageous
- Minimum 10 years’ post‑articles experience, with 3-5 years working with a group of companies, including the consolidations.
Criteria
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Proven track record in a senior finance position ideally in a manufacturing or import and distribution company.
- Experience working for a listed company will be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Experience in acquisitions and with the mergers of Bolt-on acquisitions is important.
- Experience with bank loans (preparing presentations and loan agreements).
- Managing Group treasury (managing foreign currency risk)
- Preparing budgets and monitoring against actual performance.
- Identifying risks in the businesses and providing effective solutions.
- Effective Leader and communicator – ability to assist the heads of the finance departments of the subsidiary companies. The candidate will be liaising closely with the auditors.
- Forward thinker and solution oriented.
- Excellent Excel proficiency
- Ambitious with high energy levels;

R1.5 – R2m p/a CTC
