B-BBEE Verification Director (Technical Signatory) – CLBBBEEVD

Main job function

• Actively seek and secure new business opportunities

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Law, or Economics.

 

Experience

• Registered B-BBEE Technical Signatory (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B-BBEE verification
• In-depth understanding of the B-BBEE Codes and Sector Charters
• Strong working knowledge of SANAS R47-03 standards
• Comfortable using cloud-based systems and tech tools to manage verification processes
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships

 

 Criteria

• Leadership and Management:

• • Lead a team of B-BBEE verification professionals.

• • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of verification reports and certificates.

• • Manage the entire B-BBEE verification process, from initial data collection to final certification.

• Technical Expertise:

• • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of B-BBEE legislation, codes of good practice, and sector-specific guidelines.

• • Apply expertise to interpret and apply B-BBEE regulations in practice.

• • Conduct thorough analysis of client data and documentation to assess B-BBEE compliance.

• Technical Signatory:

• • Act as the final signatory on B-BBEE verification reports and certificates.

• • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the B-BBEE verification process.

• • Stay updated on the latest B-BBEE regulations and changes.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• • Monitor and evaluate the B-BBEE status of clients and ensure ongoing compliance.

• • Develop and implement B-BBEE policies and procedures.

• • Ensure adherence to quality control standards and ethical principles.

• Stakeholder Management:

• • Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

• • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and other verification professionals.

• • Always represent the organization in a professional manner.

 

 Salary

R40k-R60k
