- Coordinating production schedules and ensuring that production targets are met.
- Implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining equipment integrity while striving for productivity and environmental sustainability.
- Strong leadership.
- Communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient production processes.

Criteria
- Mine Health and Safety knowledge and experience
- Budgeting expertise
- Strong understanding of the mining industry, including crushing and screening plant experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years
