Used Car Buyer – LWUCB

Main job function

Responsibilities

-Sourcing quality used vehicles from private sellers.
-Conducting full valuations: mechanical, cosmetic, paperwork, and market pricing
-Structuring competitive offers based on real-time data and book values
-Negotiating deals that make business sense
-Maintaining strong sourcing networks and relationships
-Working closely with Sales & Workshop to match stock requirements.

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent

Qualification in Sales and Marketing or business-related equivalent

Criteria

• Experience in used-vehicle buying, valuations, and pricing
  – Strong market knowledge across brands, segments, and trade trends
  – Confident negotiation and people skills
  – High integrity
  – Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Valid driver’s licence
