We are seeking to employ a Senior Sustainable Design Consultant, with at least 5 – 7 years of successful private sector experience across the green building sector in South Africa.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Managing the Green Building Services Team Project Portfolio, including :
- Project management
- Quality control
- Meeting all deadlines o managing deliverables
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Preparation of fee proposals, tenders, scope of works
- Tracking of budgets and costs for each project
Coordinating and managing the Green Building Services Team, including:
- Quality control
- Meeting all deadlines
- Managing deliverables
- Ensuring client satisfaction
Development of the Green Building Services Team and Service Offerings, including:
- The development of operational systems and processes and continually improve the efficiency of the above-mentioned services
- The development of new product offerings from the Green Building Services Team for the Company
- Assistance with Client recruitment, development and maintaining and enhancing Client relations for the company o Assistance with the Project recruitment and development for the Company
- Developing and implementing Training Programmes
- Public Speaking
- Assistance with strengthening existing partnerships and development of new strategic partnerships, respectively
- Strengthening and improving brand presence of the Company o Administration and general logistical support to the Company
- General logistical support to the Company
As a Senior you will need:
- Min 5 years working experience within the industry (Private Sector across the GREEN BUILDING SECTOR)
- Min 2 years handling / running multiple projects independently (A MUST)
- Team Management experience / Leader a team
