Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees |
Responsible for resource planning in the assigned area |
Responsible for target deployment according to ScoreCard in the assigned area |
Monitoring and drawing up the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per IFRS |
Managing profitability based on KPIs |
Assuming responsibility for and drawing up deviation analyses, annual plans and forecasts |
Helping to implement and/or enhance SAP from a FI/CO perspective |
Optimizing company processes from a commercial perspective |
Dealing with auditors and taxes, as well as transfer prices |
Carrying out regular management reviews using standard tools and reports |
Ensuring compliance with requirements and standards that apply both internally and externally |
Qualifications
- Relevant accounting degree or a registered CA
- Minium 15 years as a Financial manager
- Ideal automotive industry experience
- Must have international reporting experience
