Senior Electrical Engineer – DOSEE

Our client based in Gauteng are currently seeking the skills of a Professionally registered Senior Electrical Engineer (PREng)

Qualifications

Electrical Engineering Degree

Criteria

1- Must have background or extensive knowledge of at least one or more of our core focus areas, being:
a. HV Substation Design and Execution (132/88 kV etc.)
b. HV Overhead Lines Design and Execution (132/88 kV etc.)
c. MV and LV Reticulations Design and Execution
d. Renewable / Alternative Energy

2- Background and exposure to the following will be an added advantage:
a. Control, Protection and Scada Systems,
b. Earthing and Lightning Protection
c. Structural and Civil Engineering associated with Substation platforms and foundations.

3- Must have at least 8 + years’ relevant experience in an environment of construction projects.

4- Must be a registered professional engineer (PR Eng)

5- Working with Microsoft Office packages.

6- Working knowledge of other packages like, MS Projects, Retic Master, Bentley Micro station, etc will be an added advantage.

7- Must be able to undertake different office tasks ( flexible to help if need by others)

8- Must have driver’s licence and own car to use during the day, if required;
