Main job function
Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Resolves customer complaints by investigation into problems developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Analyze the markets’ potential track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Submit activity and results report daily, weekly and monthly.
Maintain sales targets and outcomes.
Experience
3 year plus sales experience in the fashion apparel
