Intro:
A dynamic and growing merchandising solutions company specializing in sales, brand activation, and in-store visibility. We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help grow the brand presence in key markets.
Main job function
- Represent and promote the brand across assigned territories.
- Secure new business by prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new outlets.
- Maintain and grow sales volumes in existing accounts.
- Ensure product availability, listing, visibility, and correct merchandising in all stores.
- Execute promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Qualifications
- Matric and Tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing (advantageous).
- Minimum 1–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and sales reporting tools
