Real Estate Acquisition Sales Closer to join our dynamic team. We purchase and sell properties nationwide and provide the training and support you need to succeed. No license required. 100% remote. Inbound leads provided.
Income Potential: $75,000+ annually (base + uncapped commissions)

To provide win–win solutions for sellers looking to sell their properties.
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years phone sales or real estate experience
- Reliable internet and phone service
- Proficiency with computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Strong English communication (neutral accent + excellent grammar)
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Driven, self-motivated, strong phone etiquette
- 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible shifts)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently hit monthly sales and KPI goals (calls, talk time, contracts).
- Convert 100+ inbound leads monthly into signed contracts while managing a full pipeline in CRM.
- Negotiate deals from first call through to executed contracts with sellers.
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service, identifying seller problems to solve.
- Follow up on past leads and maintain timely communication via phone, text, and email.

Salary
$1,250
