Our client based in Gillitts, KZN are currently seeking the skills of a Personal Assistant
Main job function
- Diary Management
- Typing (Reports, Minutes of Meetings, letters etc)
- Prepare presentations (on occasion)
- Screening of calls
- Review and respond to Client Comms
- Update and maintain Project files (electronic)
- Schedule and set up internal and/or client meetings
- Coordinate and book Managers domestic travel arrangements
- Update Managers weekly timesheets (electronic)
- Capture Managers times into CaseWare (training will be given).
- Update Project schedules / Action lists with current info.
- Update, reconcile and submit Managers monthly payroll expense and general claims
- Attend to Managers personal errands / other admin that may arise
Qualifications
Matric
Secretarial/Admin Certificate preferred
Criteria
Skill Set:
- Accurate typist
- Strong command of English language
- Strong time management
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook including Ms Teams)
- Ability to prioritise various tasks & meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to self-manage
Other:
- Must have at least 3yrs experience with working in a similar position
- Must be able to step in and assist others where possible (from time to time)
- Must be able to work in a communal office set up
- Must be able to work outside of normal business hrs on occasion (extended work day)
