Main job function
Our client, a Logistics Company, requires a candidate with relevant experience as a Logistics Co Ordinator.
• Communicating with clients daily regarding:
* Delivery updates
* Delays or changes
* General shipment progress
• Providing clear, professional, and timely updates
• Coordinating with drivers and operations team
• Capturing and updating data accurately on systems
• Handling client queries and maintaining strong relationships
• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (this is essential)
* Confident speaking to clients professionally
* Previous experience in:
* Logistics / transport (preferred) OR Admin / customer service roles
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Computer skills (Excel, email, systems)
* Bilingual
