Main job function
Basic Function: The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for creating Invoices on CIMS and to attend to Tasks on a daily basis
Key Responsibilities:
Processing new Invoices
Resolve Invoicing queries
Attend to Tasks
Ad hoc duties as required
Ensure that all Invoicing is done accurately
Attend to email replies/queries
Ensure that Standard Operating Procedure is complied with at all times
Qualifications
Grade 12
±2 years working experience on CIMS
Computer literate in MS Office, Excel & Email
Criteria
Good communication skills written and oral
Interpersonal skills
Work under pressure
Deadline driven
Basic Accounting knowledge
Attention to detail
Team player
Remuneration: R7 500
