HR Manager  – CBHRM

I am excited to share an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in Pietermaritzburg!

This role involves providing strategic HR advisory services and overseeing various HR functions including strategy, policy, personnel admin, training, health, welfare and industrial relations.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing training and development, ensuring statutory compliance, overseeing compensation and benefits, leading recruitment processes, and fostering a motivated workforce.

The ideal candidate should possess a Grade 12 qualification with a Degree or Diploma in HR Management, along with 10 years of HR Generalist experience. Post Graduate qualification will be added advantage. Manufacturing industry environment background preferred . Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills are essential. Fluency in IsiZulu and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are also required.
