We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to spearhead client relationship management and strategic servicing initiatives.
Main job function
This role requires the management of a portfolio of retirement and risk benefits clients.
Active engagement with executive and senior management within client organizations to foster strong partnerships and ensure the successful execution of the strategic servicing plan.
This position is pivotal in driving client success and satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and relationship management.
Qualifications
RE5 qualification.
Degree / Diploma would be advantageous
Experience/Criteria
Relevant 10 years’ experience in boardroom consulting with a specific focus on retirement and risk benefits.
Strong technical knowledge of the industry.
Own transport is essential.
Ability to work on your own
Pro-active and attention to detail
Strong relationship building skills and ability to adapt to different environments and personalities
Strong administrative skills
Customer focused
High level of confidence and results driven
Remuneration: R80,000 CTC pm (Highly negotiable)
