We are looking for a Sustainable Design Consultant with 2-3 years of experience in the green building sector in South Africa. Join the team and be part of our mission to “Greening Africa One Project at a Time.” Key responsibilities include project management, quality control, meeting deadlines, managing deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction including preparation of fee proposals, tenders and scope of work / tracking of budgets and cost for each project
Qualifications required:
- 2 – 3 years working private sector experience
- Postgraduate degree in environmental science or engineering
- Experience with at least 5 Green Star Certifications as a lead
- Accredited Professional with the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA)
- Strong critical thinking and project management skills
- Attention to detail and exemplary work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing project landscapes and meet deadlines effectively
