The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality legal services to a broad range of clients, spearhead Business Development initiatives for the Corporate and Commercial practice, and play a pivotal role in knowledge transfer and skills development for junior team members.

Qualifications
- LLB Degree
- Tax qualification would be highly advantageous.
- Admission as an Attorney in South Africa
- Legal Practice Council member in Good Standing
- 3 years postadmission experience at a large, well-established law firm, or in the inhouse legal department of a large corporate group of companies
- Experience in corporate and commercial law is essential, and particularly in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Ability to conduct extensive research and have a detail-oriented approach.
