Our client based in the Kwa Zulu Natal Midlands are currently seeking the skills of a Property Administrator
Main job function
- Loading and maintaining all tenant information on MDA
- Invoicing of tenants
- Debtor management
- Management of lease expiries
- Issuing of new addendums to lease and new lease agreements
- Loading of payments and verifying supplier details
- Approving minor repair works and management of small works
- Submitting and handling of insurance claims
- Assist in insurance compliance (ASIB/SANS)
- General administration and onsite management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Bookkeeping or Administration or BComm
Criteria
- 5 years + bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Experience in Pastel or equivalent
- Experience in MDA is a bonus
- Experience in debtor management and collection
- Experience in leasing and contracts is a bonus
- Self motivated and hard working
- Willing to learn new skills
- Willing to expand on skill set particularly with property specific requirements around tenant lease agreements
- Ability to perform a host of general tasks required in an SME
