Main Job Function
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, polished PA to join the office of the CEO at this fast-paced organisation. You’ll provide comprehensive support and assistance to the CEO in managing their daily activities, optimising their time, and enhancing their effectiveness as a leader. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth and efficient operations daily within the Office of the CEO.
- Assist in managing email correspondence and communications, resolving issues where possible and acting as a gatekeeper to the CEO.
- Effectively manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Co-ordinate Board and Committee meetings, including minute taking as required.
- Compile Board packs and circulate reports, minutes and agendas, and ensure that all deadlines are adhered to.
- Budget management – expenses, invoices, etc.
- Travel – arranging domestic and international travel, accommodation for CEO & other Executives.
- Preparation of detailed itineraries.
- Accompany CEO when required.
- Act as key contact between CEO and internal teams, investors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, statutory laws & regulations.
- Provide support on special projects related to the CEO’s activities and related strategic programmes.
- Provide research and analytical support to the CEO as required on projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (desirable)
- First line Management Programs (desirable)
Criteria
- Approximately 10 years, in an executive support role, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a large, listed organisation OR strong, consistent experience of supporting individuals or teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organisational skills, business acumen and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organising and integration skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
