Main job function
Providing administrative support to the CEO and/or other senior executives by performing clerical functions, preparing reports and correspondence, organizing tasks, arranging meetings, managing schedules and calendars, coordinating travel when required and performing various other personal and professional duties.
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience supporting senior-level executives.
Criteria
1. Administrative Support
Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements when required. • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes when required, and follow up on action items. • Running personal errands, booking restaurants, and managing personal appointments. • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and messages, responding when appropriate. • Organize and maintain files and documents, both physical and digital.
2. Office & Information Management
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. • Ordering supplies, managing office logistics, and providing general administrative support. • Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings and communications. • Support the preparation and distribution of company communications and reports.
3. Relationship Management
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. • Build positive relationships across departments and with key external partners and clients. • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
4.Project Co-ordination
Assisting with project planning, coordination of timelines, resources and deliverables, and follow-up. • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. • Track and report on progress of key initiatives as assigned.

Remuneration Package:
Contract: Permanent; office based.
Office hours: Monday to Thursday: 08h00 to 17h00 Friday: 08h00 to 15h00
Working overtime and after hours will happen very seldomly.
Salary will be in the region of R 15 000.00 gross remuneration per month. • Inclusive of gross remuneration: o Pension Fund (10%) Contribution – Employer 5% and Employee 5%. o 13th cheque in birthday month. • Annual leave consisting of 15 working days per annum, with a forced shutdown during December to be kept in mind.
