Job Title: Operations & Project Execution Lead Location: Remote (APAC region or timezone aligned with Singapore)
Employment Type: Full-time Salary: SGD $4,000 – $6,000 per month + Performance Bonus Industry: Financial Advisory / Wealth Management

About the Role

This role is not just about admin—it’s about owning execution. You’ll oversee key initiatives across departments (advisory, administration, compliance, marketing, and management), ensuring timelines are met and results delivered. You’ll also collaborate directly with the leadership team to improve internal systems and drive scale.

This is a remote role, open to candidates based in the APAC region or in timezones aligned with Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive the execution of internal company projects, ensuring consistent delivery across teams.
• Act as the key liaison between management and departments to align on goals, track progress, and ensure accountability.
• Own the coordination of project plans, action steps, and cross-functional responsibilities.
• Push projects forward assertively and professionally—ensuring no deadline or detail is missed.
• Identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and implement systems that improve delivery.
• Maintain a visible project pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure operational processes are documented, tracked, and continuously improved.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Attributes • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or an execution role within a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in financial advisory or high-performance professional services is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders. • Assertive, structured, and able to lead without formal authority

Highly organised with a proactive mindset and a focus on solutions over problems. • Skilled at creating systems and improving workflows. • Strong understanding of tools like Zoho, CRM systems, and MS Office. • Must be based in the APAC region or a timezone aligned with Singapore. • Comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with management.

Remuneration: SGD 4000 – 6000 per month
