We are looking for passionate Office Merchandisers to ensure our stores are stocked with the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, place, and maintain merchandise orders in line with seasonal trends and brand guidelines.
Monitor stock movement and sales performance to identify fast/slow sellers and take action accordingly.
Work closely with the buying team to manage replenishment and product flow to stores.
Coordinate with store teams on promotional product launches, markdowns, and new arrivals.
Ensure product ranges are size-balanced and available to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of product orders, deliveries, and store allocations.
Provide feedback to Head Office on product performance and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Previous experience in fashion retail merchandising or stock management.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse sales data and respond effectively to trends.
Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility to travel between store locations when required.
