Main job function

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and events.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.


Marketing Support:

  • Conduct thorough user research to gather insights on customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
  • Develop detailed user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
  • Assist in creating and refining campaign briefs that align with user insights and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns are user-centric and data-driven.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Organize events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics and attendee management.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents as needed.




  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


  • 5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience conducting user research and developing marketing insights is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O\ice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and tools.



  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
