Our client in commercial architecture, space planning, and interior design is looking for a mature Group Accountant. This stand-alone position reports directly to the Board and Directors.
The ideal candidate must possess a BCom Honours degree from a reputable university or CIMA certification.
The candidate must have a sound knowledge of Income Tax and be an expert in ERP Systems. A solid track record in financial reporting and accounting, preferably in a professional services or construction industry, is highly desirable.
As the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating financial management tools and reporting systems relevant to the Group businesses and their business environment. You will develop appropriate financial reports to enable better planning, decision-making, and risk management. You will also issue statements and invoices to clients based on your proactive study and understanding of commercial agreements concluded between the companies and their clients. You will be doing Payroll on VIP for staff.
The Operations Director will rely on you to assist with the financial aspects of all activities that require financial planning, management, and reporting.
Remuneration: R 50 000 – R 60 000 CTC
