Main job function

The Graphic Design & Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s visual identity and managing social media presence. This role involves creating compelling visual content, designing marketing materials, and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.



– Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.


– Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or social media management.

Graphic Design Skills:

– Proficient in Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

– Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.

Social Media Expertise:

– Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.).

– Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

Communication Skills:

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas through visual elements and compelling content.


– Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts.


Graphic Design:

– Develop visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and digital assets.

– Collaborate with internal teams to understand design requirements and objectives.

Social Media Management:

– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

– Create and curate content, including graphics, videos, and written content, for social media posts.

Content Creation:

– Produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

– Edit and enhance images and graphics for marketing collateral.

Brand Identity:

– Uphold and evolve the company’s brand identity through creative and cohesive design solutions.

– Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

Campaign Development:

– Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns by providing innovative design solutions and engaging social media content.

Analytics and Reporting:

– Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the success of social media initiatives.


– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, to align design and social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Trend Monitoring:

– Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices. Integrate new ideas and approaches into design and social media strategies.
