To establish and nurture client relationships, understand their unique challenges, and provide innovative drone solutions that address their needs. This role is integral to achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.
- Sales Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential clients within the designated territory or market segment. Initiate contact, engage in sales presentations, and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Address inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain regular communication to enhance client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s drone products, features, and capabilities. Articulate product benefits and technical specifications to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to clients’ needs. Highlight product benefits, demonstrate value, and address potential concerns.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, aiming to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Overcome objections, address pricing concerns, and close sales effectively.
- Sales Targets: Work toward achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas. Develop strategies and action plans to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Lead Management: Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and outcomes.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and approaches.
- Collaboration with Sales Manager: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align sales strategies and tactics. Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Customer Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the Sales Manager. Contribute to product enhancement and service improvements based on customer input.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries. Provide timely updates on sales activities and results.
- Sales Process Adherence: Follow established sales processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines. Provide feedback to improve sales processes when necessary.
- Ethical Conduct: Conduct all sales activities with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Uphold the company’s reputation and values in all interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and product advancements. Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree/Certificate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field would be an
- 4+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with drone technology products and/or aviation industry is an advantage.
