My client in the ICT industry is looking for a talented Client Success Manager with a proven track record. This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in managing client relationships and driving success in a dynamic field. As a Client Success Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, offering personalized support, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, providing updates on service performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that could benefit the client.
  • Building and maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients.
  • This position requires a comprehensive approach to client management.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreement
  • The Client Success Manager plays a crucial role in meeting client expectations and delivering services effectively.
  • Conducting client satisfaction surveys, addressing concerns promptly, and staying informed about service updates and best practices are key components of this role
  • You will be working closely with the technical teams and the Data and Compliance team to mitigate risks and challenges
  • To ensure that client satisfaction and service delivery remain a top priority for the company
  • Identifying potential risks and challenges that could impact the client’s satisfaction or the MSP’s ability to deliver services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate MUST have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the Managed Service Provider industry / ICT Industry
  • Experience in upselling and having sales targets within KPI’s
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving, and client-focused skills.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of the MSP-client relationship.
  • Own transport
