Main job function
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. All operations process efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. Strategic leadership to drive growth, manage cross-functional teams and optimize processes that support the company’s financial goals and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- MBA – or equivalent
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related
- 7 years Senior Operational management experience in large corporate environment
- Experience in broader financial services, investments, banking industry
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale operations and cross-functional teams
- Multi-national company experience (advantage)
- Proven strong understanding of regulatory framework and compliance within financial services
- Proven financial acumen and ability to analyze operational performance metrics
- Proven track record building and implementing processes and SOP’s
