Main job function
- Conduct outbound calls to medical professionals.
- Identify client needs.
- Generate qualified leads and close sales
- Accurately capture and maintain client records on the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry requirements
- Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships to support retention opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- 2–3 years’ sales experience within a call centre environment (insurance sales preferred)
- Experience in short-term or life insurance (advantageous)
- Knowledge of the medical fraternity market (advantageous)
- Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
Knowledge & Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of insurance products and underwriting processes
- Knowledge of professional indemnity and medical malpractice insurance (preferred)
- Sales pipeline management
- CRM system usage and reporting
