Main job function
Our client is an international coaching organisation which empowers corporate leaders, teams and organisations to optimise their energy, mindset and performance through science-based coaching and experiential learning. They are now looking for a highly organised, energetic and commercially astute Account Executive to join their team and play a key role in supporting their growth and client partnerships in South Africa.
Working closely with the Sales Director and CEO, responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Supporting the full commercial process including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation and follow up.
• Coordination with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programmes.
• Preparation of proposals, presentations and contracts.
• Management of the CRM (HubSpot)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or related field.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management training, ideally within consulting, HR, or professional services.
Criteria
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-driven approach.
Remuneration: To R30,000 depending on experience
