Account Manager – LWAM

Our client is a market-leading, full-service B2B beverage solutions provider, delivering premium product, equipment, technical support, training, and ongoing service to a blue-chip client base across corporate and hospitality environments. They are now looking for a driven Account Manager, based in Cape Town, to join the team.

Main job function

This role focuses on managing the client base across hospitality, restaurant, and corporate sectors in Cape Town, to ensure consistent service delivery, strong client relationships, and operational alignment across sites.

Responsibilities

Client Relationships and Account Support

• Review monthly site audits to assess service standards and product quality
• Analyse findings and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed through

Operations & Coordination

• Manage the day-to-day running of accounts across multiple sites
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Plan and execute events, activations, and tastings
• Manage and implement onboarding and setup of new client sites
Manage training schedules, including follow-up and feedback

Audits, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Review monthly site audits to assess service standards and product quality
• Analyse findings and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed through
• Conduct reports and performance tracking
• Identify areas for improvement and ensure execution

Analysis and Support

• Analyse performance tracking, including opportunities for basket growth
• Work with data to support decision-making
• Alignment between trainers and auditors
• Improve operational efficiency and client experience

Qualifications
• 5–8 years’ experience in a client-facing or account support role
• Qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and reporting
• Strong coordination and problem-solving ability
• Strong computer and technical proficiency, with confidence across systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and own transport

Remuneration: R50,000 – R55,000 CTC p/m
