Main Job Function
This role is responsible for the full scope of itinerary design and accurate costing, while ensuring seamless communication with our internal client. The position involves selling Southern Africa travel experiences and promoting enhancements for all new enquiries received. A key focus is on delivering exceptional client relationship management, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail from the initial quoting stage onward.
Success in this role requires extensive product knowledge within the luxury travel market and the ability to curate bespoke, high-quality travel experiences.
Qualifications
Matric with an extra qualification would be advantageous
Skills
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal (listening, questioning, probing, etc)
- MS Office & business systems
- Aptitude to learn and translate into performance
- Tourplan experience
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.

Experience:
- Experience in Southern Africa Inbound Tour Operating (5 years Southern Africa expertise preferable)
- CRM & Operating systems experience
- Travel sales experience – direct to internal business client
- Product Knowledge, Innovation, and Development
- Southern African travel experiences a requirement
