Our client based in London in the property investment business are currently seeking the skills of a proactive, highly organized and adaptable Personal Assistant to support the Director as well as ensure the day to day running of the business and smooth operations across all areas. Our client is willing to consider candidates who are open to relocating to the UK. Our client requires the candidate to be immediately available. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent time management, solution focused, flexible, adaptable, strong communicator, capable of working independently and detail oriented
Main job function
The PA will work closely with the Director to provide comprehensive support and operational oversight. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being hands-on in multiple aspects of a business. The PA will be required to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, provide support across all departments, and act as the central point of contact for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Diary & Administration
• Handle correspondence, calls and emails efficiently
• Organise and maintain diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics
• Maintain filing systems (digital and paper) for easy access
• Business & Operations Support Assist in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Oversee office administration within the various departments
• Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers, ensuring all is up to date
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure priorities are met
• Provide support to other departments as required
• HR Administration Conduct hiring processes and consultant onboardings
• Maintain consultant records and HR documentation
• Coordinate holidays in the diary and annual leave tracker
• Oversee property management for a handful of properties
• Liaise with tenants and in-house maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and legal requirements
• Monitor tenancy agreements/renewals and check with accounts that rent has been received
• Land & Property Acquisitions: Assist with research into new opportunities and acquisitions
• Maintain accurate records of property investments and land acquisitions

Secretarial qualification a bonus
Criteria
• Previous PA, EA, or Operations role experience
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general IT systems
• A proactive problem solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload
