Main job function
Well renowned agency in the logistics arena requires a candidate with a minimum of 8yrs experience in Cargo Management to be involved in strategizing and being involved developing internal and external processes aligned with a set of objectives. The company is involved in freight forwarding of mineral, agri and vet products utilizing sub-contactors for transportation.Tertiary Education in Logistics
A Project Management qualification will be an advantage
Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential
A minimum of 8yrs previous experience in full function Project Management within an import and export environment is required
Ability to implement effective processes and procedures
Transport management
Leadership skills, instruct a team and effectively structure processes
Interpersonal management ability and experience
Dynamic, flexible and proactive in dealings
Work in an office environment where you will be required to evolve into the research field
Possess a hands on approach
Planning and strategic development
Complete tasked in an organized fashion
Develop effective customer service methodologies and finding innovative solutions to complex logistic challenges
Developing an aligned strategy for new business resources
Analyzing operational processes in order to guarantee efficiency
Assertively plan active team management activities
Manage an Internal and External entity alignment
Monitoring client feedback
Team performance management
Produce reports
Development and implementation of a questionnaire and continuous development aligned to political procedures
Update personnel about related issues
Stabilize continuous inter departmental communication
