Job Description:

Our client based in Morningside – Sandton, a Financial Wellness Training provider, requires a Financial Wellness Consultant & Trainer to join their dynamic team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for sales of various financial wellness learning interventions and individual coaching for different levels of employees and communities. They will then conduct planning, administering, delivering, assessing, moderating of the training. 

Main job function

Create and update quality learning material e.g., eLearning, manuals, virtual

Frequently deliver fun, interactive and informative learning interventions

Provide, track and measure individual coaching sessions

Measure the outcome of learning interventions for effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities

Assess portfolios of evidence and assignments

Moderate portfolios of evidence

Business Development and Sales to corporates

Create reports and presentations

Maintain own knowledge base up to date and aligned with best practise in the financial and skills development industries

Conduct research as needed

Flexible in service delivery and able to adjust to the needs of the client

Willing to travel

Qualifications:

Higher Certificate in ETDP / HR related Degree / Diploma preferable

An accredited EDTP Facilitator & Assessor

Experience:

Diploma / Higher Certificate in EDTP preferable

Accredited ETDP Facilitator and Assessor

Minimum 5 years of facilitation experience at various levels of complexity

Experience in working in a wellness / financial / insurance / banking industry as a Facilitator, training financially orientated courses, would be an advantage

Experience in designing and developing learning material will be advantageous Experience in Learner Management System (LMS) management, preferably Moodle Strong coaching skills, via various mediums incl. social media, online, telephonic

Have a flair for finances and a good general knowledge regarding financial concepts Good understanding of the Seta’s, NQF, OBE and the holistic concept of skills development

Experience in new business development will be advantageous

Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom
