Our client in the Hospital industry based in Pretoria are currently seeking the skills of a Theatre Manager who will report to the Executive: Nursing Manager

Main job function
Deliver a high standard of quality service to the customers
Accuracy and integrity working with other staff members
Identity training shortcomings and implement solutions
Promote and carry out the image of the hospital in a professional manner
Keeping abreast with developments in relevant technology and optimal utilisation there of
Other functions as required of a Theatre Manager
Qualifications
Matric
Registered with SANC as Professional Nurse
Nursing Management Diploma
Theatre Technique DiplomaExperience/Criteria
Previous experience as a Theatre Manager and a Manager
Registered with SANC as Professional Nurse
Prepared to work as part of a team within an existing framework.
Must be able to work full days and overtime as required by Management.
Strong leadership skills
An ability to work under high pressure.
