Main job function
Material and turnkey project sales for the companies flooring brand
Responsible for finding new opportunities, presenting the best solutions and managing the sales process from inception to execution
Marketing the companies products and turnkey model to all relevant stakeholders in the industry, including asset owners, contractors, sub contractors, engineers, quantity surveyors and architects
Technical management of the various products within the range, including preparation of specifications and presentations to relevant stakeholders
Theoretical and practical training of sub contractors for installation of the various systems
Research and find opportunities to promote and increase sales
Qualifications
Engineering or Quantity Surveyor degree
Experience/Criteria
1-3 years experience within the construction industry – not negotiable
Experience in project and contract management will be an advantage
Understanding of contract terminology
Understand of the interplay between the various role players/stakeholders in the construction industry
Organised and professional with excellent people skills
Must be comfortable in preparing and delivering presentations and training sessions
MUST BE PREPARED TO TRAVEL IN AFRICA COUNTRIES – WEST, EAST AND CENTRAL AFRICA
Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
