Main job function

The main purpose of this position is to supply technical support (identifying & sourcing of mechanical parts, communicate with customers, occasionally doing quotes)

Maintaining good long-term customer (250) relationships


National Diploma (mechanical)



Previous experience in technical customer service

Solid knowledge of products like Bearings/chain/fasteners/motors/seals /o- rings/conveyor belts/gearboxes/ lubricants/electrical spares/sensors

Understanding of engineering workshop/branch environment

Managing by example - hands-on
