A reputable Engineering Underwriting provider seeks a result orientated, strategic thinker to fill the role of a Claims Manager.
Main job function
All operational duties such as actively manage and oversee start to end claims function, manage and organize day to day operations, auditing outstanding and paid claim files, attend to third party claim etc.
Develop and support the delivery of functional strategies, targets, operational plans through consistent, transparent and aligned processes across the business
Liaising in a professional manner with brokers and other insurers in respect of claim aspects
FAIS Complaint - 120 credits NOT NEGOTIABLE
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
5 years in claims within in an underwriting environment
2 years management experience
