Main job function
Assist in overseeing opening and closing of shops
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Complete administration duties and ensure compliant with policies and procedures
Propose innovative ideas
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, orders, and delivery dates
Maintain data base and oversee staff perform stock counts
Approve and sign off stock received
Manage short deliveries
May serve as a cashier and handle cash duties oversee cash ups
Assist in managing Shops.
Ensure all shop managers are performing duties
Strong organizational skills
A minimum of three years’ experience
